  • Water – for boiling

Method :- Boil water in a vessel, add some salt and add soya chunks. Boil for 5-7 minutes. Then wash with cold water and squeeze out the excess water from soya chunks. Now heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry till golden brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli.
